If you're subcontracting for other organismes de formation in France, you 'll probably be asked to get your NDA (numéro de déclaration d'activité). It's an obligation for all training organisations and if you are an independent subcontractor, you are also officially a training organisation. It's 100% free, and it will just require a bit of paperwork every year.
You'll need to go to your regional Dreets website. I am in PACA, so in the video you'll see I was on this site https://paca.dreets.gouv.fr/. If you're in Ile de France, you'll go to this website https://idf.drieets.gouv.fr/. For other regions, just do a google search for yours. (They all have the same information in varying formats, so it doesn't really matter which one you use.)
Once you have your NDA, you'll have to complete your BPF (bilan financière et pédagogique ) every year - but don't worry, just sign up here and I'll send you all the details when the time comes.
After that, you'll need to either fill out a form, or complete the declaration online in your Mon Activité Formation account, plus you will need to send some documents. The most important one is a signed contract for a training programme. If you're a subcontractor, you can ask the organisme de formation that you're working with to give you one.
You'll also need the following documents:
Depending on how much detail is on the contract, you may need a programme for the training. In the programme you should provide information on the objectives, the content, the length and dates of the training, how the participants will be evaluated, what are the "modalités pédagogiques" and what are the adaptations for accessibility issues.
A casier judiciaire no. 3 which is a certificate saying that you don't have any convictions in France.
Plus your document from Insee showing your Siren. If you've lost it, you can easily get another one here.
You may be asked for more documents, but not usually. It takes around 1 month to get your number.
